Flooded Bathroom in Flagstaff, AZ

This newly remodeled home in Flagstaff, AZ, had water damage following leaking plumbing in the bathroom. The homeowner's insurance adjuster contacted SERVPRO of Flagstaff/East Sedona to begin the drying process. Our technicians came into the home and assessed the damage, and then immediately got to work. Because the homeowner recently renovated, we wanted to try and preserve as much of the material as possible. We brought in specialized drying mats that can dry hardwood floors without us having to remove them. The mats send air straight down into the floor, and this dries the flooring and the materials underneath.
