Water Damage from a Leaking Pipe

This home in Flagstaff, Arizona had water damage caused by a leaking pipe in the kitchen. Using several different types of meters, our SERVPRO Licensed Technicians are able to determine the scope of the damage. In this home, the floor was damaged from the water, as well as parts of the drywall. Technicians removed the damaged, non-salvageable materials so that the drying process was faster. We do also have the ability to clean and try to salvage furniture, decor, and etc. in our warehouse. Following the removal of the water damaged material, equipment was brought in to begin drying out the home. Technicians came by the home everyday and took readings and observed how the drying was progressing. When everything was dry, someone from SERVPRO of Flagstaff/East Sedona came and removed all of the drying equipment.
